Profiled products are blanks / details created from a plank or a bar / balk, with four sides processed on special equipment. Sawn lumber is processed along its entire length to give it a SPECIFIC, not rectangular section. Compared to edged lumber, there is more than just sawing of existing surfaces. All of them, or only a part of them, when profiling get a shape that differs from the usual plane.
Profiled products are produced mainly from conifers. This is made on multi-spindle installations, in which processing is performed simultaneously from two or four sides.
Additionally, we do the following:
- drying
- impregnation (deep impregnation with Tanalit)
